Privacy and Cookie Policy

This policy explains what happens to information when you read googlepaycasinoonline.com. It is shorter than most, for a simple reason: this site has no accounts, no logins, no shopping basket and no advertising network, so there is very little to collect in the first place.

What We Do Not Collect

Start with the absences, because they are the substance of this policy. There is no registration on this site, so we hold no names, no dates of birth, no addresses and no payment details. We run no analytics package, so your visit is not profiled, scored or added to an audience. We serve no advertising and host no advertising trackers, so nothing here follows you to another website. We do not sell, rent or share data with marketing companies, because we do not have any to sell.

What the Server Sees

Like every web server, ours records the requests it answers. A log entry holds the IP address that made the request, the time, the page asked for, the referring page if your browser sent one, and the browser and operating system string. That information exists so the site can be kept online and defended against abuse and denial-of-service traffic, which is a legitimate interest under data protection law rather than something you opt into. Log entries are kept for a short period and then discarded, and they are never combined with anything else to build a profile.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. No analytics cookie, no advertising cookie, no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to. Your browser's local storage stays empty on our pages as well.

Two practical notes. If you follow a link to an operator, that operator's site may set cookies of its own, including an affiliate cookie that records where you arrived from; that happens on their domain under their policy, not ours, and it is worth reading if the subject matters to you. And if you ever want to check any of this rather than take a policy's word for it, your browser's developer tools will list every cookie a page has set - on ours, the list is empty.

If You Email Us

The address published on the author byline reaches a mailbox. Write to it and we necessarily hold your email address and whatever you put in the message, for as long as it takes to deal with the matter and a reasonable period afterwards in case you write again. That correspondence is not added to any mailing list, and there is no mailing list to add it to.

Where Your Data Is Processed

Your Rights

In practice, unless you have emailed us, the honest answer to the first question is likely to be a short server log entry that has already expired. Requests go to the address on the author byline and are answered within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how a request is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the United Kingdom's supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk. Readers elsewhere in the countries this site covers may complain to their own national data protection authority instead.

Children

This site is intended for adults - 18 and over, and 21 in Belgium and Greece. It is not directed at children, and no information is knowingly collected from anyone under the legal gambling age in their country.

Security and Changes

Pages are served over an encrypted connection, the platform is kept patched, and access to the server is limited to the people who maintain it. No system is beyond reach, but with no accounts and no stored personal records there is very little here that would interest anybody who got in. Should this policy change, the revised version appears on this page, and the change will be material enough to notice - if this site ever started collecting something, it would say so here first.
